JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner, who was availing privilege of bail in terms of Annexure-1, order dated 11.10.2010 in Cr. Misc. No.12323 of 2010 violated the terms of condition so imposed therein on account of having been an accused in two cases subsequently, to the aforesaid order. As per Clause no.3, it was directed that in case of being the petitioner an accused subsequently will lead cancellation of the bail. Earlier cases also speak of similar nature than that of present one.

In the aforesaid background, for the present, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, prayer of petitioner for bail is rejected. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
