The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 505(1)C of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that due to threat rumor spread by the petitioners 'Taziya' procession could not proceed. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that even assuming the accusation no offence under section 505(1)C IPC is made out. Moreover, the accusation is against the mob.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of
