The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014, registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 6 of POCS Act.

There is direct allegation against the petitioner is that he committed rape upon the victim. The injury report of the victim shows multiple vagina tear oozing blood report of vaginal swab era.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial for early disposal. m.p.
