2. From the materials on record, especially, in the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 4 today, the Court finds that the authorities have complied with the order dated 13.05.2015 passed in CWJC No. 2892 of 2013, as far as the present petitioners no. 1 to 5 are concerned. However, with regard to petitioners no. 6 and 7, the following statement has been made in the aforesaid show cause at paragraphs no. 2 and 5: "2. That in continuation of show cause filed earlier in this case, the deponent humbly states that in view of direction issued to all the Block Education Officers as well as Sub-Inspector of Schools to provide the details of such teachers including the present petitioners such as admit cards & mark-sheets of teachers training examination of 2004 & 2007, service-books and certificates of higher qualification to enable consideration of case & claim of such teachers for grant of matric trained scale from the the date of

Patna High Court MJC No.2309 of 2018 dt.26-08-2019 3/3 their respective entitlement, the relevant records of five out of seven persons was made available to answering opposite party by the respective petitioners.

That so far as remaining two petitioners i.e., petitioner no. 6 & 7 is concerned, it is humbly stated that immediately after receipt of relevant records in their respect, their claim/eligibility shall also be examined and if it is found that they had also appeared in the 2nd teachers training examination as compartmental candidates, they shall also be extended the same benefit, as has been extended to other petitioners and consequential monetary benefits thereof shall also be paid to them."

In view thereof, the application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to comply with the request of the authorities relating to furnishing of materials of them having passed the Teachers Training Examination of 2004 and 2007 etc. Upon the same being done, the authorities shall ensure that appropriate orders are passed in respect of the petitioners no. 6 and 7, within a period of two months from submitting of all relevant materials, as asked by the authorities.
