The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case in connection with Ander P.S. Case No.114 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 03.12.2020, the petitioner has agreed to refund Rs.5,00,000/- to the O.P. No.2 but the same has not yet been done and today learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not inclined to pay the said amount to the opposite party no.2.

Considering this fact that earlier the petitioner was granted interim relief as he agreed to refund the said amount but since the same has now been refused, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10266 of 2020(9) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is hereby dismissed.
