The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 143 of 2014, registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report. However, the statement of Bibi Afroza, who is daughter of this petitioner under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that her daughter Saira disclosed that petitioner has killed the victim, but said Saira has not been examined.

Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the above submission.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-
