This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is direct allegation of repeated blows to the father of the informant by lathi as a result of which he died at the spot. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage in connection with Chautarwa (Bathwariya) P.S. Case No. 248 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran (Bettiah). Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
