The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 75/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/325/307/308/379/ 427/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is no injury report available in the case diary. When the injury report was called separately, it has been reported that there is no injury report. In a case for grant of anticipatory bail registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code generally the injury report is to be seen. Here, in this case, when there is no injury report, no useful purpose will be served by denying the petitioners anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan, in connection with Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 75/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
