JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner retired on 31.5.2000 from the post of Dafadar/Chaukidar at Kadwa Police Station, Katihar district. He submits that he has not been paid his entire post retiral dues as well as pension.
The petitioner submits that he is suffering from different ailments and due to paucity of money, he is unable to get treatment.
If the petitioner files a detailed representation before the Superintendent of Police, Katihar (respondent no.3) with respect to payment of his retiral dues, the latter would issue necessary instructions within four months from the date of
Patna High Court CWJC No.533 of 2016 (2) dt.16-09-2016 2/2 receipt of a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
