The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 201 of 2010, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the order of Sessions Judge rejecting the bail petition of the petitioner itself, it is apparent that suspicion has been raised that the petitioner is a member of Gang and petitioner has no criminal antecedent, except one case in his credit, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 201 of 2010, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner who will file an affidavit to this effect that petitioner has no criminal antecedent except this case one case in his credit. m.p.
