JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that informant got information that accused persons got the sale deed executed with respect to his land. Petitioner is also named in the F.I.R.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner is neither purchaser nor identifier, he has been made accused and he has been made accused only because he was present at the time of payment of amount and except that there is nothing against him and he has been in judicial custody since 03.12.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
