Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail vide order dated 19.07.2023 but due to inadvertent typographical error it is mentioned in the order dated 19.07.2023 that the petitioner has clean antecedent but in fact, the petitioner carries one criminal antecedent which was mentioned by way of supplementary affidavit which was not recorded in the order dated 19.07.2023.

3. Accordingly, the order dated 19.07.2023 stands modified to the aforesaid extent that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent.
