Taking into consideration the allegation, levelled against petitioners as well as this aspect of the matter that the prosecution has already completed its evidence and the matter is pending for recording the statement u/S 313 of the Cr. P.C., I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and accordingly, their prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 386 of 2013 arising out of Tarari P.S. Case No. 29 of 2012 pending in the court of Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-VII/concerned court, Bhojpur at Ara stands rejected.
