By order dated 22.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58423 of 2019, petitioner's provisional bail has been confirmed Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the time granted by this Court. He further submits that six weeks' more time may be granted for surrendering. In the circumstances, six weeks further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below from today.
