1. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.10.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.14682 of 2019, the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has passed a reasoned order dated 07.08.2020, rejecting the case of the petitioner for grant of family pension.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid order dated 07.08.2020 is not in accordance with law, nonetheless, liberty is sought for on behalf of the petitioner to either challenge the same, by filing a fresh writ petition or in

Patna High Court MJC No.726 of 2021(4) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 the alternative avail such remedies as are available under the law for redressal of her subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off.
