JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be one of the assailants and, therefore, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to him and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 01 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Nalanda at Biharsharif stands rejected. However, the concerned court should take steps for commitment of case of the petitioner to the court of sessions in accordance with law as early as possible.
