1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner earlier filed a writ application, bearing C.W.J.C. No. 16478 of 2021, which was disposed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.04.2022. In pursuance thereof the petitioner filed an appeal, bearing No. 18 of 2022, before the District Teachers Appellate Authority.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2407 of 2023(2) dt.28-11-2023 2/2 present writ application has been filed for direction to the respondent No. 3 to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner inasmuch as despite the specific order of the High Court to dispose the appeal within three months, the same is still pending as on the date of filing of the writ application.

4. In view of the fact that the High Court, while disposing the writ application of the petitioner earlier had fixed the time limit for disposal of the appeal by the Appellate Authority, no fresh direction is required to be issued in the present writ application, accordingly, the same is dismissed.
