The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 132 of 2014, registered under Sections 302 and 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one Sandeep Suman and Arvind Kumar Singh came at the house of the informant and demanded her son and on protest, Sandeep Suman shot fire which hit the father of the informant by which he succumbed to injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father of Sandeep Suman and no role attributed to this petitioner. It is further submitted that Sandeep Suman who happens to be wife of the informant.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two
