JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 558 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 50 litres of country-made liquor from the bank of the river and petitioner was arrested on spot.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Further, the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and is in judicial custody since 18.12.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail.
