JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 06.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44450 of 2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 06.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44450 of 2022, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time, as in the original bail petition, in address portion "Village-Barauta, PS-Narhat, District-Nawada has been typed instead of Village-Jamuawan, Dhandhar, PS-Wazirganj, District-Gaya."
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14723 of 2023(3) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 Let the same be corrected and read as VillageJamuawan, Dhandhar, PS-Wazirganj, District-Gaya. In view of the aforesaid fact, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
This modification application is accordingly, allowed. The order dated 06.12.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
