In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 382 of 2014 registered for offence under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made against the petitioner that on 10th June 2014 at 9 O'clock he came to his house, caught hold the hair of the victim, dragged her, poured kerosene oil on her body and lit the fire on the victim due to which she died.
This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in view of the nature of allegation. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
