Patna High Court CWJC No.6089 of 2021 dt.07-02-2022 2/3 Learned State counsel accepts notice for respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners is hereby directed to furnish a copy of the petition to learned counsel for the State if it has not already furnished.
In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) By way of this writ application the petitioners seek indulgence of the Hon'ble High Court to issue writ order direction to the respondents to grant promotion to the petitioners on the next higher post that is Anurekhak of gradation list after preparation on the post who are at present working on Neel Chitrak Blue printers) for the last more than 20 years but not a single promotion has been granted to them.
(ii) For issuance of appropriate/ writ/ order /direction to which petitioners too in the fact and circumstances. (iii) That the petitioners have not moved earlier before this Hon'ble Court for grant of relief sought for in para for in para -1 of this writ application." In support of the aforesaid relief petitioner submitted representation on 10.02.2020 (Annexure-3). The petitioner claim is for promotion to the post of Anurekhak from the post of Neel Chitrak (Blue Printer).
Patna High Court CWJC No.6089 of 2021 dt.07-02-2022 3/3 Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to prepare gradation list of Anurekhak for filling up of the next higher post Neel Chitrak (Blue Printer) for which petitioners are otherwise eligible. They should be promoted to the post of Neel Chitrak according to their eligibility read with the seniority. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
