2. The present petition has been preferred :- "for modification for correction of name of Police Station Shahpur in the place of Police Station Bihiya in Address of petition of order dated 03.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67777 of 2024 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy. In aforesaid order due to typographical minor mistake mentioned in ad-dress part of petitioner in main petition wrongly mention as Police Station Case Bihiya instead of Police Station Case Shahpur, that is not deliberately on the part of counsel for the petitioner and also further direction for extension

3. On 03.10.2024, the relief was granted to the petitioner but inadvertently, in the party position the Police Station has been recorded as Bihiya which should have been Shahpur.

4. Considering the facts, it was a typographical error on the part of the petitioner for which a cost of Rs.200/- has been deposited by the petitioner. The necessary correction has been allowed.

5. The period of surrender is extended to next four weeks from today.
