Altogether 123.840 litres of wine has been seized from a car occupied by the petitioner who has got no criminal antecedent and for that is under custody since 04.01.2020. Accordingly, petitioner, Abhay Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
