The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 60 of 2011 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149m 457 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the fact that on completion of investigation, the police have found accusation made against the petitioners to be false but the learned jurisdictional Magistrate differing with the police report took cognizance of the offence, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2486 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 from today, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K.Pathak, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhepura in connection with Srinagar P.S.Case No. 60 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
