JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH) 22-08-2019 The present Miscellaneous Appeal has been preferred against the order dated 11.05.2018, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, in Misc. Case No. 203 of 2015, Maintenance Case No. 745 of 2015, whereby issue of maintenance, under Section 125 Cr. P.C., has finally been decided.

As prayed for, learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to convert the present Miscellaneous Appeal into Criminal Revision Application under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 in view of the ratio laid down in the case of Raj Kumar Sah Vs. the State of Bihar and Anr., reported in 2008(4) PLJR 817, by 28th of August, 2019, failing which the present appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to

Patna High Court MA No.592 of 2018(4) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 the Bench.

On conversion, the present Miscellaneous Appeal shall stand disposed of.
