The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that the petitioner sought appointment as Panchayat Shiksha Mitra in the Year 2003 based on a forged and fabricated matriculation mark-sheet.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated without proper verification of the fact. It is submitted that she got 605 marks out of 900, but in the mark-sheet, it was inadvertently recorded

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9470 of 2022(2) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 as 685. It is thus, submitted that 605 marks was inadvertently typed as 685 which also escaped the attention of the petitioner at the time of seeking appointment.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bidupur P. S. Case No.541 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
