Petitioner is in jail custody since 15.7.2015 on the accusation that one country made loaded pistol was recovered from his conscious possession when he along with others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity.

Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of one case i.e. Katihar Town P.S. Case no. 109/2015. So far as Rautara P.S. Case no. 22/2015 is concerned, it is informed that the petitioner has not been made accused in the aforesaid case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.B.
