JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2023 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 05.03.2020, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 66667 of 2019, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had gone to Tamil Nadu in the month of January, 2020 to earn his livelihood and thereafter, due to Covid-19 pandemic

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24825 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 he could not come and surrender before the learned court below. He accordingly prays for two weeks' more time to surrender before the learned Court below.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 05.03.2020, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 66667 of 2019, be extended by further two weeks from today.

Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
