The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 32 of 2014, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 448, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.
There is allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner shot fire to the informant by which he received injury on his little finger. Though, injury is stated to be grievous, but not on vital part of the body. Apart from this allegation, there is also allegation against the petitioner that he snatched cash and golden chain from the possession of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a case and counter case. It is further submitted that injury not on vital part of the body and there is no intention to kill and allegation of snatching golden chain and cash appears to be absurd. The petitioner is in jail custody since 15.07.2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47619 of 2014 (3) dt.10-04-2015 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari (Sitamarhi), in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 32 of 2014.
