JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One pistol and six live cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 28.04.2015. Considering facts and circumstances of the case as well detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.
