The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1496 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

In view of the fact that petitioner and the opposite party No. 2 have settled their differences and they are staying together, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.
