This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Section 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that some unknown persons had committed murder of a woman and thrown her dead body in the forest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except suspicion, there is no evidence against the petitioner. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
