Ganja is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and petitioner accepted before the informant that he was working as carrier of other F.I.R. named accused. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is in jail custody since 20.09.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
