JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 1.50 kg. Ganja is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and petitioner accepted before the informant that he was working as carrier of other F.I.R. named accused. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is in jail custody since 20.09.2015.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53814 of 2015 (2) dt.30-11-2015 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Guthni P.S. Case No. 158 of 2015, subject to condition that one of the sureties must be local and holder of landed property.
