Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No.367/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a)/32(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Further submits that petitioner is only driver of the vehicle and has no concern with the recovered wine. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2019.
