The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 365, 366-A/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
Supplementary Affidavit filed today annexing the statement of the alleged victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. be kept on the record.
Considering the statement of the alleged victim recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. implicating the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No.222 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45534 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 2013 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhbani.
Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
