JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the informant and according to the present case itself, marriage of the petitioner was solemnized in the year 2003 and after that she gave birth to a child. Moreover, it appears that petitioner solemnized his second marriage with another lady and the solemnization of second marriage became the root of dispute between the petitioner and the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
