The petitioners are languishing in custody since 19.11.2017 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within four years of marriage.

It appears that earlier the petitioners moved before this Court with a payer for bail in Connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 271 of 2017 by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 26205 of 2018, which was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.06.2018. However, the petitioners were given liberty to renew their prayer for bail, if

Since the earlier bail application of the petitioners was rejected on 25.06.2018 when the present application with similar prayer has been preferred on 21.02.2019, which is much before the period of liberty granted to the petitioners to renew the prayer for bail, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners in connection with S. Tr. No. 138 of 2018/377 of 2018, arising out of Madanpur P.S. Case No.271 of 2017, pending before the learned ADJ-III, Aurangabad is rejected.
