2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 956 of 2023 arising out of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 43 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by the petitioner and other accused persons.

4. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased and he is in custody since 25.1.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
