2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126 (2), 118 (2), 115 (2), 303 (2), 329 (4), 76, 324 (4), 352 and 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Naya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The allegation in the first information report is that the accused persons four in number came variously armed and indulged in abuses and assaulting the daughter of the informant and also the informant himself, who was assaulted by means of knife by the petitioner which hit on the neck and started bleeding.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that

No.11260 of 2025(4) dt.17-06-2025 2/3 the petitioner is close relative of the informant and the dispute was with regard to partition of property between the informant and the petitioner. The allegations levelled in the first information report are not correct. It would further appear from the injury report, as enclosed along with the case diary, that the injury suffered by the informant is on the backside of the head, right thumb swelling and body ache, which are simple in nature and caused by blunt substance. In view of the report and the oral allegation made in the first information report with regard to the use of knife, which would cause a sharp cutting injury, is not corroborated. Moreover, it is a fight amongst two relative on the issue of partition.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 523 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under 482 (2) Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11260 of 2025(4) dt.17-06-2025 3/3 (BNSS), 2023, subject to further condition that petitioner shall co-operate with the investigating agency and would make himself available before the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station at an interval of 15 days till the submission of the charge sheet and would further cooperate in the trial.
