Case No. 182 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

136.500 litres of Nepali liquor has been recovered from a Tempo.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Vicky Kumar.
