Taking into consideration that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 9.9.2014 on the accusation that he uttered caste name of the informant, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in SC/ST Case no. 124/2013 subject to condition that any attempt of the petitioner to tamper with the prosecution evidence shall give liberty to the trial court to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner after due and proper enquiry. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
