JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 17.08.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named but it appears from perusal of the impugned order that the name of the petitioner came on confessional statement of co-accused. It further appears that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor petitioner was put on Test Identification Parade and except some criminal antecedents, there appears nothing against the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55001 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 518 of 2014.
