Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have withdrawn huge amount by placing forged and fabricated cheques of concerned departments of State Government but petitioner is in jail custody since 25.03.2013 and the impugned order goes to show that up till now, not a single prosecution witness could be examined. Therefore, considering the period of detention of the

Case No. 210 of 2012, subject to condition that one of the sureties must be close relative of the petitioner who shall swear an affidavit before the court below as to how is he/she related with the petitioner.
