The name of this petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Deepak Kumar and admittedly, coaccused, Deepak Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court whereas; the petitioner is in jail custody since 15-12-2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kadamkuan P.S.
