Petitioner is accused in connection with Dehri (Dalmia Nagar) P.S. Case No. 497 of 2016 registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, he has falsely been made accused in this case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused Bijendra Singh @ Hutha has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. no. 6225 of 2017. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4941 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Dehri-On-Sone, Rohtas in connection with Dehri (Dalmia Nagar) P.S. Case No. 497 of 2016.
