2. State counsel accepts notice for respondents.

3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ (s)/direction (s) for quashing of the order vide Letter No. 311 dated 18.10.2020 issued under the signature of the Child Development Project Officer, Tankuppa Block, Gaya (Respondent No. 7) whereby and whereunder selection and

Patna High Court CWJC No.6315 of 2021 dt.07-02-2022 2/2 appointment of the petitioner made on the post of Aganwari Sewika for Aganwari Centre Sabalchak Code - 117 in Tankuppa Block, District - Gaya has been cancelled and further also passed the order to attach the above said Centre in nearest Aganwari Centre Jehali Bigha, Code No. 31 for continuity the centre.

And further directed to the respondents to not take any action against the petitioner till disposal of this writ application.

And/Or for any other appropriate relief (s) to the petitioner for which he may be found entitle in the eye of law."

4. The petitioner has a remedy before the Appellate Authority. She is permitted to prefer appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of eight weeks. If such appeal is filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of four months from the date of receipt of appeal. If the third party right is affected. In that event, Appellate Authority is hereby directed to examine and provide opportunity to the third party.
