JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant sustained altogether three injuries and out of the aforesaid three injuries, injuries Nos. 2 & 3 were found simple in nature whereas; injury No. 1 has been found grievous in nature. The doctor found the aforesaid injury as 3"x1/4" muscle deep, bone touched injury on scalp to mid to right side, said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, and also keeping in mind that the petitioner is in jail custody since 26-07-2014, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
