After some argument, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge as it has been submitted that petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2021 and allegation against him is of firing causing injury on leg of the informant which is non-vital part of the body.

Permission is accorded.

This application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed.
