JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One Vikash and others are named in the first information report and the informant disclosed the name of Vikash on the basis of conversion of the culprits but in course of investigation, the petitioner was arrested and remanded in this case on the ground that investigating officer came to know that the Alto Car, used in the alleged crime, was of the petitioner and one Santosh Kumar Singh S/o Kishori Singh and on the aforesaid basis, the petitioner and Santosh Kumar Singh were remanded in this case. The co-accused, Santosh Kumar Singh was granted privilege of bail by learned court below itself but surprisingly enough, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was not only rejected

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48382 of 2014 (3) dt.13-04-2015 by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, but also by learned Ist Learned Additional Session Judge however, The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 341 of 2012 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West), Muzaffarpur. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
